I have a passion for helping others heal from their current and past struggles.  I incorporate a wide variety of methods to tailor each therapeutic experience to meet the unique needs of each client. I believe attachment wounds, trauma experiences, negative self distortions and lifestyle choices impact a person’s ability to have healthy relationships. People need to feel safe, understood and authentically known through the therapeutic process to uncover and understand their deepest pain.

My hope is to utilize my personhood and clinical training to be a counselor who offers acceptance, knowledge and most of all recovery.

I care deeply for my clients and create a space where emotional healing can occur. I would be honored to walk along side you as you uncover the roots of your problems, begin to feel more confident and take control of your life

MORE ABOUT ME

I'm a proud Colorado native. After graduating from Columbine High School, I ventured out of state and received my bachelor’s degree from DePauw University in Indiana.

It wasn't long before the mountains and big blue skies of Colorado called me back home. I taught at Red Rocks Elementary School until becoming pregnant with my first child. After many beautiful years at home raising my two kids, I began to feel the resurgence of a lifelong dream: it was time to start my Masters in Counseling. To this day I'm convinced that counseling is the perfect fit for me and I feel so grateful to have found a career that I love.

In my spare time you can find me competing in triathlons, enjoying my dogs and spending time with my family.
